About

First cycling memory

The first time I was on a BMX track and I went way too fast over the first jump and my feet were no longer on the pedals when I landed, needless to say it didn't end well, haha

Favourite bike

My Decinvi, a Canadian handmade full suspension MTB. It is heavy, but comfortable

Top climb

I do more downhill than uphill - I take the gondola if I can, haha. There is an amazing downhill on the ride in Shikoku, a 20km descent with barely a pedal stroke, I really like that!

A special skill you bring on tour

Happiness! My Japanese language skills combined with my french background. This is my home, but because it wasn't always that way I know how guests can feel at times. Japan is different to the rest of the world, that is what makes it such an exciting place to visit.

Favourite Ride & Seek tour gastronomic experience

My hometown Hokkaido ice cream on the tour in Honshu
