At Ride & Seek, we believe the best stories begin with a bike, a map, a curious mind and a sense of adventure. Since launching our first Hannibal tour in 2011, we’ve been guiding curious, culturally-minded cyclists through the world’s most beautiful and historic landscapes — blending legendary routes, top notch support, and personal challenge into once-in-a-lifetime journeys.
From pedalling through the Alps along Caesar’s campaigns to tracing the legacy of the Samurai in Japan, our expeditions bring history to life and transform the way you experience a place. You don’t just pass through a region — you connect deeply with its culture, cuisine, people and past.
Today, Ride & Seek operates over 20 tours across 35 countries, with operational bases in Europe (our HQ), Australia, and Japan. As we’ve grown, so has our commitment to smaller group sizes, more immersive itineraries, and deeper relationships with local communities where tourism can do real good. Whether you join us on a challenging long-distance Epic, such as Napoleon, a ride across Europe or one of our more relaxed, but no less Epic tours, our aim is the same — to take care of every detail, so you can focus entirely on the ride.
Our story began with founder Dylan Reynolds, who first cycled across France at age 11 with his father — a trip that sparked a lifelong passion for exploring the world by bike. After a decade of guiding with top tour operators, he set out to create something different: a company that paired challenge and authenticity, adventure and insight.
As we approach our second decade, Ride & Seek continues to evolve — expanding into our 6th continent, with tours at both ends of South America, supporting smaller regional hotels and restaurants, and taking an active role in wilderness conservation efforts, starting in Australia. Sustainability and cultural sensitivity are no longer side goals; they’re central to how we operate.
But more than anything, we’ve learnt that what transforms a good tour into an unforgettable one is you. The spirit, stories, and shared joy that each rider brings to the road is what makes our journeys truly epic.
