First cycling memory

Cycling to 20km everyday when I was at high school. The Japanese countryside has a lot of hills, so I needed to do a lot of climbing. I wish I had a carbon road bike at that time.

As I was born and grown up in the countryside of Hiroshima I can explain the cultural aspects of Japan and help with communication with the locals. I'm also passionate about food as I'm a professional chef in France.
